Unit B: Sew a large triangle to a large triangle of the next color. Press the seam allowance toward the top color in each row. Trim the segment to measure 5¾″ × 7½″. Sew a large triangle of the next color to a large triangle of the first color. Press the seam allowance toward the top color in each row. Sew these new rectangles to each other. Press the seam allowance open. Trim the unit to 11″ × 7½″. Repeat to make 3 units for each row.

Unit C: Sew together 2 sets of the 2 small half-square triangles and press the seam allowances in opposite directions. Sew them to the 4″ × 7½″ rectangle. Press the seam allowance toward the rectangle. Repeat to make 3 units for each row.
